Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Melody Studio LLC operates an e-commerce business offering music-inspired decorative products, including music players, premade collections, personalized products, and customizable mini music discs.

Our products are sold through our online store at monmelodystudio.com.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products and Product Information

Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and the screen or device used to view our website.

For personalized products, the final appearance may also vary depending on the quality, resolution, cropping, colors, and other characteristics of the material submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed at any time before an order is placed.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed during checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors where permitted by applicable law.

Shipping costs, taxes, VAT, customs duties, or other charges will be displayed or handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy, where applicable.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing errors, unavailable products, prohibited customization requests, or incorrect customer information.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and no goods are supplied, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Payments

Customers must provide valid and authorized payment information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Melody Studio does not directly control the processing systems of these providers.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order that are disclosed to you before completing your purchase.

7. Personalized Products

Certain Melody Studio products can be customized using photographs, artwork, text, names, messages, designs, or other content supplied by the customer.

By submitting content for personalization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content for the requested product.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

We may refuse a customization request that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Customers are responsible for checking the photographs, text, spelling, selections, and other customization information they submit before completing their order.

8. Customer-Submitted Content

When you provide photographs, artwork, text, or other material for a personalized order, you authorize Melody Studio and the service providers involved in producing and fulfilling your order to use that material solely as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, fulfill, support, and deliver your order.

Your submission of content does not transfer ownership of your content to Melody Studio.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product.

Our current estimated delivery times are:

Signature / Premade products: approximately 8 days.

Personalized products and other products: approximately 12–18 days, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, holidays, weather, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Eligible non-personalized products may be subject to statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights depending on the customer's location.

Products made according to a customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from certain change-of-mind withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Melody Studio name, branding, website design, original graphics, photographs, text, product presentation, and other original content created or owned by Melody Studio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or use our protected content without permission except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, names, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
